You have been selected as a trainee of an elite squad of genetic investigators. Before you can earn your badge and begin your career as a crime scene investigator, you must first complete training at the Genetic Research Training Facility in Washington , DC . Your training will include a visual presentation of DNA fingerprinting as well as individual research. Note taking is highly recommended. Upon the completion of your training, you will be required to complete a test and successfully answer 100% of the questions correct. You are not limited to the number of times you can take the test. Now for the independent research. View the PDF file below, in it you will find a vocabulary list and and web quest. You will use the web quest to find as many definitions as you can. You will also be asked to find additional information on this topic. Any definitions that you can't find through this quest, are your responsibility. You are to record this information on the worksheet, and it will be turned in upon completion of the unit. PDF
